Meet Our Dietitians

Natallia received her degree in dietetics from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and graduated as Summa Cum Laude and number one student in the entire class. She gained her clinical experience at Nazareth, Capital Health, Kennedy, CHOP and other hospitals in PA and NJ as a part of an accredited practice program. She got certified as a diabetes educator in 2015, and since then she has been actively involved in helping her patients control diabetes and reach a healthy weight by changing their lifestyles.

Natallia founded Nourish Me Nutrition Therapy, LLC because she believes that one-on-one nutrition therapy/diabetes education is the best way to fully connect with her patients and develop an open and trusting relationship needed for clients’ confidence and solid lifestyle changes in their behaviors.

Following the motto “You get whatever you settle for”, Natallia continuously works with her patients on building up their motivation, developing their mindfulness and setting up realistic goals. Her care for her patients, passion for nutrition and wellness, growing number of successful patients, and unyielding drive for improvement distinguish Natallia from the crowd as she tries to be number one nutrition source for her clients.

Natallia continually keeps up to date on the latest nutrition/diabetes research and trends. In future, she plans to obtain her doctorate degree in clinical nutrition.  “In my career”, she says, “I will always continue educating myself and sharing  knowledge with my patients so that they could open their minds to pursuing healthy lifestyles and live longer, happier and more fulfilling lives.”

Kelsey is a registered dietitian holding a Bachelor’s of Health Science degree with a major in nutrition and dietetics from West Chester University; in which she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Kelsey is currently specializing in the area of weight management, diabetes education, and heart health. She also has a strong background in treating eating disorders, having been working as the Team Dietitian for adolescent and young adult females at the prestigious Renfrew Center of Philadelphia. She is excited to be part of Nourish Me Nutrition Therapy’s team where she can utilize her skills in nutrition-counseling.

Kelsey believes that “healthy eating” is not something that we achieve through restrictive diets, instead through moderation, portion-size and intuitive eating. This philosophy is what led her to fulfilling one of her passions to help people in their battle with eating disorders and weight loss.

Kelsey works diligently at breaking nutrition myths and providing evidenced-based nutrition education to her patients. She realizes that there are many false claims relating to nutrition and how easy patients can be to be misinformed. Through one-on-one counseling, Kelsey is able to provide a holistic, non-restrictive meal plan and help her patients plan meals accordingly as well as assist them in managing their struggles with body image along the way.
